My friend Wes in Julies Blogging Support Skype Room gave me the following tip:

“You should also get into the habit of creating at least a blank index.html file within your /wp-content/themes and /wp-content/plugin folders. You can do that within Freehostia FileManager … at the top of each Folder level, there’s a place to create a blank folder or file … make sure you click the “file” radio button.

This way someone cannot go to http://yourdomain.freehostia.com/wp-content/themes or http://yourdomain.freehostia.com/wp-content/plugins to see what you are using (possible hacker acccess info) or if you purchased a theme, they can just right click on the zip file and download it from this location. Having a blank index.html file, they will see a blank page.”

I used Cyberduck to do it and it was drop dead easy! If you have a wordpress blog, no matter where you host it, go check it out if someone would get an empty page or a list of your content.
