Aztec Currency
Nov 25th, 2010 by Xarah

chocolate aztekIn ancient times Aztecs used cacao called Xocolatl as a currency, now with Xocai we do the same. We kinda use the healthy chocolate Xocai just like a currency. A currency to more health.

Free radicals are damaging our health and more and more people and science realize how much more antioxidants we need. And Xocai delivers an abundance of antioxidants and flavorless and much more.

Ever since I heard about healthy chocolate two years ago, I’ve been thrilled by this. A wonderful product, a wonderful company and a wonderful team. Since over 1.5 years I’ve been eating it and I feel great.

I sleep better. I feel better. When I’m stressed out I just eat a piece and calm down, more importantly: any kind of stress produces free radicals…

And no more pains before, during or after my monthly cycle. No mood swings. I’m less tired during this time. And no more pain. Just for that I’m always grateful to Xocai.

Being in Switzerland it has not been easy but more and more Swiss partners are coming out the bushes so to speak. Also in Germany the supporting groups are growing and even the top leaders who are big earners, some of them million $ earners, and they do training calls and presentation webinars. It’s growing. It’s more and more fun and we get more and more support. For me the best company I’ve ever been with.

Get in touch with me so you can join and listen to one of those calls or watch one of those webinars. Get the information from the top people.

Have I mentioned it’s healthy chocolate?

Healthy Chocolate for … ?

Healthy Chocolate For Zurich Switzerland Hello! My name is Xarah, and I am a chocolate specialist in the local Swiss healthy chocolate revolution.

As the world leader in healthy chocolate, and the local Swiss authority on chocolate for health, the vision of our healthy chocolate company is to transform and improve lives worldwide through healthy chocolate products. Xocai healthy chocolate provides an exciting health alternative for everyone in Switzerland, Germany and other European countries as well as a promising business opportunity for the greater EU area.

The most exciting part for me is that our company has a focus on engaging in socially and environmentally responsible practices to make and distribute our healthy chocolate products to the world.

Xocai healthy chocolate combines the wonderful flavors of unprocessed cacao, acai berries, blueberries and concord grapes, leaving my friends with a lasting and delicious, ‘dark-chocolate’ taste. Mmmm! Our healthy chocolate contains a high antioxidant content with a remarkable ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) Value.

Our healthy chocolate is perfect for the ‘all-natural’ consumer. Xocai products are formulated with no added colors, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives! Ideal for the chocolate purist who wants nothing but the raw, high-antioxidant ingredients or for our energy enthusiasts who want nothing holding them back from an exciting healthy life!

Give me a call if you are interested in learning more about how healthy chocolate can be for you. You can reach me on my Contact page.

Free Radicals

X Protein MealshakeFree radicals actually stimulate pathways in the body that convert food to fat. Fat cells in the body produce inflammatory chemicals which can prevent sugars from being utilized properly . . . so you wind up with higher blood sugar . . . which converts to fat. Each fat cell in your body is like a chemical factory set up to produce . . . more fat cells! What a horrible, vicious cycle! Antioxidant rich foods are vital in interrupting that unhealthy cycle.

The importance of antioxidants in a weight management system can’t be overemphasized because the process of losing weight actually releases more free radicals into your body than normal. Free radicals are those “bad guys” that are linked to everything from heart disease to cancer, neuronal degeneration and aging–aka wrinkles.

Antioxidants are measured on the ORAC scale. This scale measures how well a food mops up the free radicals in the blood stream. When you eat the best, antioxidant dense foods, you’re energetic, and you feel strong, focused, and empowered to continue to eat healthfully.

The new MXI product X Protein Meal Replacement is a high-antioxidant product. I have gotten 2 bags from a friend who came to my country. I am through both bags now I have to find someone else who either visits the US (not traveling) or lives there and is visiting my country – and is willing to bring me another bag and they are not small… 1.5 kilos 🙂

Of course we all here in Europe hope it’ll be available for us soon, too.

I have not lost that much weight as other people but others have noticed and asked me if I had lost weight. Maybe it does not show on the scale but on the looks. Also those black slacks I wear for choir events didn’t fit that tight as they used to.

Get back to me if you want to know more about this X Protein high-antioxidant meal replacement. Have I mentioned that it tastes yummy? Kinda chocolatey and I can add frozen summer fruits like any kind of berries. Reminding me of those wonderful summer days…

Antioxidants explained
Aug 14th, 2010 by Xarah

kopfhoererKerry talks to Paula Pritchard about the new weight loss program Xocai is introducing and she also explains Antioxidants – much better than I ever could.

I wanted to add the audio here but the upload is limited to 2 MB, so I had to upload it onto one of my other sites.

😉 you can also download it there and listen to it at your leisure.

Antioxidants Explained – an Audio

What are Antioxidants?
Aug 13th, 2010 by Xarah

antioxidant foodsI always confused Antioxidants with Free Radicals. Both terms are usually used in the same sentence.

I always thought the Free Radicals are the good guys. They might be a bit radical maybe rebells but they are free.

Yes, the are free, the freely roam your body and because they miss part of them they go after the healthy cells and try to steal what they miss.

They oxidise your body. Let’s take a car. You would not be happy if your car was all rusty, right? You would take any kind of action to either get ridd of the rust or to prevent it! Why don’t we do that with our body?

Stress, food, water, alcohol, cigarettes, stress, bad mood, and the list goes on creates Free Radicals (remember, those are the bad guys). That’s why we have been told to eat lots of veggies and fruits! BUT! Yes, there is a but. But we cannot eat that much fruit and vegetables (and it would be very costly if we tried) to get at least 10’000 ORACS into our body – every day!

3 Xocai Squares or 3 Xocai Nuggets do the trick: a little over 10’000 ORACS. And who doesn’t like chocolate? Just replace the bad with the good. And get in touch with me so you can have your healthy chocolate tomorrow, too.

Not losing any weight
Aug 12th, 2010 by Xarah

X Protein Meal Replacement ShakeI just got weighed and measured at the Viva Center and compared to the first measurement last December I did not lose any weight, I actually gained weight!

The first read of fat/BMI showed less! So figured, I lost fat and put on muscles. But the measurer said, BMI always is higher if weight is higher. Pants!

I have started to eat more protein (not meat though), bought a protein drink and take it twice a day, yet I put on weight. Of course the last measuring has been 9 months ago, so I might have lost and just put on a bit again, or I had put on a lot and lost a lot just not back to the same numbers.

I can’t wait to get my hands on the new X Protein Meal Replacement Shake from Xocai! Friends who are going to visit Switzerland will bring me two bags. Anybody coming to visit?

And have I mentioned that’s not only based on chocolate but it’s high in Antioxidants.

Drinking Water
Aug 5th, 2010 by Xarah

blackboardsheetsI was listening to call called “Get lean with Kerry Dean”. That’s a call by Kerry with guests about the new product from Xocai: X Protein Meal Shake. Anyway.

One of the guests mentioned that even though she’s not eating the advised 1200 calories she’s not hungry. In this program they all are “forced” to drink lots of water.

My theory is: people with a weight problem often mistake thirst for hunger and eat. Since they have to drink a lot in this program, they do not get that feeling of what they had been assuming to be hungry because they are not thirsty. Makes sense?

Even though I cannot be on the program I did buy some protein shake, I write down what I drink when I drank it and I bought a step-o-meter. I have to admit I often don’t reach the 10’000 steps. But usually drink at least 3 liters of plain water without bubbles.

Like yesterday. I was listening to a couple of the recorded calls on my little iPod and went up to the little forestlet. There was a nice bench and I sat down. Then I remembered that I needed 10’000 steps and walked around those woods and discovered several small paths that I had not seen before. Of course I walked them 2 or 3 times until the call was over. That forest is really small.

Still, I didn’t make the 10’000 steps but a lot more than I would have without the step-o-meter or my goal to get to 10’000 steps.

Do you want to lose 5-10 pounds? Get back to me!

Chocolate Tasting II
Jun 2nd, 2010 by Xarah

choc-biteThis time it was a lot better which was to expect. I went over the video to analyze myself and the reactions because your mind can play tricks on you. One of the guests had left later than I would have thought. And I went over my notes, listened to the audio of Kerry Dean’s Chocolate Tastings again. And practised my notes several times.

I also added a louder voice over track to the video and was able to cut and move the audio tracks so they matched the images better. It’s almost perfect now 🙂

The first person who had signed into the attendance sheet did not show up, in fact she crossed her self out. Good thing two others had signed in, one with a guest. As I arrived someone left and I talked to her and she was really tempted to come but I guess thought about it differently.

So, I had 4 guests. And at the end 2 of them bought a 14-day trial bag. I bought orange ones because the Viva Center is held in Orange.

dance1My first income with Xocai Healthy Chocolate!

Next week I’m going to target the other Viva Centers because I have a gift to bring them: an extra income source and healthy chocolate. Today though I’m going to concentrate on things that I have neglected lately:

  • Mail (scattered on the floor)
  • Cutting a video from the courtyard singing, uploading and adding to our homepage
  • And while that is rendering I have some fanfiction to upload and add some of them to the Weekly Chakram. Been lucky, there had been some really good ones among them lately
  • And I have to open the WINning Sisters Skype room at 6.30, at 7.30 the German Xocai Webinar, at 9 an important Xocai call with my upline Paula Pritchard

Have a sweet day!
