Kerry talks to Paula Pritchard about the new weight loss program Xocai is introducing and she also explains Antioxidants - much better than I ever could.
I wanted to add the audio here but the upload is limited to 2 MB, so I had to upload it onto one of my other sites.
you can also download it there and listen to it at your leisure.
I always confused Antioxidants with Free Radicals. Both terms are usually used in the same sentence.
I always thought the Free Radicals are the good guys. They might be a bit radical maybe rebells but they are free.
Wrong.
Yes, the are free, the freely roam your body and because they miss part of them they go after the healthy cells and try to steal what they miss.
They oxidise your body. Let’s take a car. You would not be happy if your car was all rusty, right? You would take any kind of action to either get ridd of the rust or to prevent it! Why don’t we do that with our body?
Stress, food, water, alcohol, cigarettes, stress, bad mood, and the list goes on creates Free Radicals (remember, those are the bad guys). That’s why we have been told to eat lots of veggies and fruits! BUT! Yes, there is a but. But we cannot eat that much fruit and vegetables (and it would be very costly if we tried) to get at least 10′000 ORACS into our body - every day!
3 Xocai Squares or 3 Xocai Nuggets do the trick: a little over 10′000 ORACS. And who doesn’t like chocolate? Just replace the bad with the good. And get in touch with me so you can have your healthy chocolate tomorrow, too.
I just got weighed and measured at the Viva Center and compared to the first measurement last December I did not lose any weight, I actually gained weight!
The first read of fat/BMI showed less! So figured, I lost fat and put on muscles. But the measurer said, BMI always is higher if weight is higher. Pants!
I have started to eat more protein (not meat though), bought a protein drink and take it twice a day, yet I put on weight. Of course the last measuring has been 9 months ago, so I might have lost and just put on a bit again, or I had put on a lot and lost a lot just not back to the same numbers.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the new X Protein Meal Replacement Shake from Xocai! Friends who are going to visit Switzerland will bring me two bags. Anybody coming to visit?
And have I mentioned that’s not only based on chocolate but it’s high in Antioxidants.
This is a pretty shocking video. You are warned. Watch it anyways!
After you watched it, and you want to take action, get back to me!
I was listening to call called “Get lean with Kerry Dean”. That’s a call by Kerry with guests about the new product from Xocai: X Protein Meal Shake. Anyway.
One of the guests mentioned that even though she’s not eating the advised 1200 calories she’s not hungry. In this program they all are “forced” to drink lots of water.
My theory is: people with a weight problem often mistake thirst for hunger and eat. Since they have to drink a lot in this program, they do not get that feeling of what they had been assuming to be hungry because they are not thirsty. Makes sense?
Even though I cannot be on the program I did buy some protein shake, I write down what I drink when I drank it and I bought a step-o-meter. I have to admit I often don’t reach the 10′000 steps. But usually drink at least 3 liters of plain water without bubbles.
Like yesterday. I was listening to a couple of the recorded calls on my little iPod and went up to the little forestlet. There was a nice bench and I sat down. Then I remembered that I needed 10′000 steps and walked around those woods and discovered several small paths that I had not seen before. Of course I walked them 2 or 3 times until the call was over. That forest is really small.
Still, I didn’t make the 10′000 steps but a lot more than I would have without the step-o-meter or my goal to get to 10′000 steps.
Do you want to lose 5-10 pounds? Get back to me!
This time it was a lot better which was to expect. I went over the video to analyze myself and the reactions because your mind can play tricks on you. One of the guests had left later than I would have thought. And I went over my notes, listened to the audio of Kerry Dean’s Chocolate Tastings again. And practised my notes several times.
I also added a louder voice over track to the video and was able to cut and move the audio tracks so they matched the images better. It’s almost perfect now
The first person who had signed into the attendance sheet did not show up, in fact she crossed her self out. Good thing two others had signed in, one with a guest. As I arrived someone left and I talked to her and she was really tempted to come but I guess thought about it differently.
So, I had 4 guests. And at the end 2 of them bought a 14-day trial bag. I bought orange ones because the Viva Center is held in Orange.
My first income with Xocai Healthy Chocolate!
Next week I’m going to target the other Viva Centers because I have a gift to bring them: an extra income source and healthy chocolate. Today though I’m going to concentrate on things that I have neglected lately:
Have a sweet day!
Had my first chocolate tasting on Wednesday at 1 am. It was great, thrilling and disappointing.
It was great, because everybody showed up and listened. It was great because they asked questions.
It was thrilling because this was the first chocolate tasting in Switzerland as far as I know.
And it was disappointing because nobody jumped on board. They all wanted to buy chocolate which I thought i was not allowed. And I was not even able to finish the presentation acording to my notes. Good thing I recorded it all on video so I could go back and analyse it all.
I learned that evening that I can sell chocolates I’m just not allowed to place it in stores which I would want anyways.
I called them all back up and no surprise really, they all declained. Still have not been able to reach one.
Next one is tomorrow at 8 pm. Will be better prepared. The sound of the video is louder and I think better matching. I will have little bags with chocolate to sell. Right now, I’m working on my notes.
Wish me luck!
On February 3rd I’m going to catch a plane and fly over to LA. I should arrive in the later afternoon. Don’t know if I’m bushed and go to bed early or have enough energy to roam around the hotel.
I’m still waiting for the Universe to deliver a room mate at the convention hotel. It’ll be easier and definitely more fun. Beside I want to order some of the chocolate and cookies and carrying them back and forth would be a drag.
Anyway, I hope to meet lots of new friends. I already know several of my Weekly Chakram subscribers will be there. We just have to find a way to meet and recognize each other Maybe I just give everybody my business card then they should recognize me by my name LOL Last time in London someone did and was in awe like I was a celebrity. That felt nice though.
So, three days full with Xena, Xenites, lovely gals … that’s going to be so great! No Lucy concert though and she’s only there for one day. But I hope I can give her and Renée, Hudson, Steven and Sharon their presents.
And guess what they are gonna get? Yes! Healthy chocolate. I am going to order some of the products that we here in Europe don’t have yet. The cookies and the protein bars and of course Xe the healthy energy drink.
They said on the website where the info about the con is that they do accept gifts but not during the photo ops because of security reasons (hu?) and that they cannot take the gifts with them because most of them will fly back. Good thing my gifts are edible LOL
On Monday I’m flying to Phoenix Arizona where I - hopefully - can stay with a friend. She’s a former teacher of mine. I’m looking forward to spending a week with her and her kids. Of course since this part of the trip is business I’m going to talk to people about Xe and Xoçai and invite them to the launch.
And in case I’m running around all week I want to reserve Sunday for my friend and Phoenix because on Monday I will fly to Orlando Florida. Don’t have a place to stay yet but I’m sure there are Xenites from Orlando at the Con or Xenites who couldn’t make it. I bet they want to see the photos and movies I’m making with my new pre-birthday present. And I’ll bring chocolate …
The weekend after the launch in Phoenix there is another launch in Orlando and I wanna be at both. Inviting everybody to come and experience it.
Never been to a launch but I think it’s gonna be fab.
Oh, lunch is ready. I hope I can update my blog on the trip. I have my eye on an inexpensive, small and very light notebook. Should I go for it?
Last year in December MXI, the healthy chocolate company (Xoçai) announced a video contest and since I was in the middle of a video marketing course I immediately jumped at this idea!
I created a video, then I did another one. And out came a third one, and that’s the one I sent in for approval. It got approved and on January 1st, 12.20 am Youtube time it was uploaded. And I started immediately driving traffic to it.
I sent a little Skype graffiti with the link to a New Year Video (you can find it here, too) to everybody who was online in Skype and in my contact list. That was quit a lot and I was busy most of that morning.
Then emailed the link to all my email contacts (not that many) and most people are on holiday leave so I got an email back with that message
My friend Sue sent the link of the contest video to her friends, too.
And I watched New Year’s Videos and ABBA Videos all afternoon, commenting, and rating. That was fun!
On Sunday, 2nd of January I sent a Happy New Year tweet to all my followers.
And I got around 76 views within the first day or so and a couple of comments.
I’m sure you want to watch it now. Because the views only count on Youtube I don’t put it in here. So please click HERE. And if you feel like it, rate and comment on it.
Thanks a lot for viewing the video and reading me.
Today I have been already eating several pieces of Xobiotic and while I just finished editing a story I wrote I craving over came me and I just felt I needed an abundance of Chocolate. I have been working on this story for hours the day before yesterday and today it feels like I’ve been working on it for the whole day.
I felt like I need a pot full chocolate so I could constantly grab some and I remembered that Cailler sent me their newest creation because I am on their list due to a little online event they had last year.
Anyways, I put it in my mouth and my whole face crunched up. Yuck! It’s 80% cacao (it says) but it’s really kind of bitter, not sweet at all.
Maybe Xocai chocolate contains less than 80% of cacao but I believe it would not taste as bitter as this one even if it did.
People really pay to eat that kind of bitter and not yummy tasting chocolate? More than once?
To healthy, yummy tasting Chocolate!
